The Strausse with the mediterranean vineyard is open every year from the end of may until the end of october. The vineyard accommodates about 60 persons. In the off-season these premises are available to our guests and customers for wine-tastings and family celebrations.
The design and furnishing of our premises is emphasised by the combination between traditional impressions and modern components.
The implementation of theme oriented materials e.g. staves on the ceiling, a slate bar, oak furniture in clear shapes, was very important to us.
It is important to us, to present our self-produced products an a unique atmosphere. Therefore we like to offer little specialties typical of the Moselle to our guests to emphasise the gusto of our wines.

On the last weekend in June we start our Strausse season with our summer party "Summer Wine". In our mediterranean vineyard we indulge our guests with specialties of our vine stock grill, we present the wines of the new vintage to wine lovers for the first time and enjoy the mild summer night with live music.
At the grape vintage we also celebrate our traditional Hoffest (first weekend of October). On this day we indulge our guests and customers with typical specialties from the Moselle and distinguished wines in a beautiful atmosphere.
